POOL RULES

Read and save. Signed acknowledgement of pool rules must be submitted with member dues. ONLY MEMBERS WHOSE DUES ARE PAID AND MEMBERSHIP IS IN GOOD STANDING ARE ELIGIBLE FOR POOL PRIVILEGES
I. ADMITTANCE TO AREA
The gate to the fenced pool area is to be kept closed at all times.
No pets or wheel toys shall be allowed in the fenced area.
Swimmers shall check in with the Lifeguard upon entering the area. Lifeguard must verify punch card if you are using guest passes.
Leave all valuables at home; there is no provision for checking or storing these items at the pool.
The use of speakers or similar noise-making equipment is discouraged.
II. HOURS AND SCHEDULE
Regular swimming hours 7 days per week are Monday through Friday 1:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 12:00 to 7:00 p.m. The pool will be open from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Monday through Friday for ADULTS ONLY swim.
The pool will be closed at 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. for a 10-minute Lifeguard break. NO PERSON may be in the pool during the Lifeguard break. Failure to comply is a violation of Pool rules.
Closure of the pool will be determined by the management. Any pool closure will be due to air quality and cold or inclement weather.

III. SAFETY RULES
No one may swim alone. No swimming at night without the use of lights.
The head lifeguard is given authority to test a child for swimming capability and regulate when and where the child may swim. This includes all SWIMMERS AGE 12 and OLDER.
a. Children ages 12 and older may attend the pool unaccompanied by an adult. With written parent permission, older siblings may supervise younger siblings. Written permission MUST BE INCLUDED ON WAIVER.
The following applies in the fenced area and large pool:
a. No running, pushing, throwing or causing undue disturbance.
b. The lifeguard has discretionary authority with regard to appropriate use of objects such as toys, balls, masks, fins, etc.
c. No bottles, fireworks, glasses or other potentially dangerous articles.
d. No alcoholic beverages.
e. No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes.
Diving board rules MUST be followed. The lifeguard will enforce these rules. Consistent failure to follow
diving board rules will result in removal of diving board.
a. One person on the board at a time.
b. Only one bounce allowed on the board each time.
c. No spinning, or hanging on the board.
d. No running or jumping up and down on the board.
e. Jump or dive straight off the end of board; swim quickly out of the area.
f. No gainer or half gainers.
g. Must always face forward.
h. Make sure diving area is clear; No people, noodles or floaties.
i. Lifeguards are authorized to enforce rules and respond emergencies.
j. Additional rules may be required for the safety and enjoyment of all.
The following applies to the wading pool.
a. Each child must be accompanied and supervised by and adult or authorized person.
b. The lifeguard is NOT responsible for this area.
IV. HEALTH RULES
Take a quick soapy shower before entering the pool .
Children not toilet trained are required to wear swim diapers.
Keep pool area clean, put garbage in appropriate containers.
All members are responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the pool.
No on with an infectious disease, cough, cold, fever, sores, or wearing bandages or band-aids will be
permitted in the pool.
Limit shower time to a minimum.
V. GUEST RULES
Members are responsible for the registration of their swimming guests at the pool and for their compliance
with these rules.
All guest must be accompanied by a member in the pool area. Please plan ahead when inviting guests.
Guest pass may be purchased as a punch card system.
a. 5 punch card $15.00
b. 10 punch card $30.00
c. Each punch will allow 1 guest into the pool. A maximum of 2 guests may be invited to the pool each day.
d. It is the members responsibility, to bring the pass to the pool each time a guest is invited.
e. Guest passes may be purchased on line via pay pal OR payments will be accepted at the pool in the
payment box. LIFEGUARDS WILL NOT ACCEPT MONEY!
f. Orders placed by 7:00 pm Monday night will be ready for pick up by Wednesday at 12:00.
g. Orders placed by 7:00 pm Thursday night will be ready for pick up by Saturday at 12:00.
h. You will be contacted via email that your guest pass purchase has been processed and ready for pick
up.
Pool Parties: Member families shall be permitted to make reservations for parties or groups . Advanced
reservations are a must to ensure necessary lifeguard staffing and reservations shall be posted on a calendar
at the pool. Parties must be booked a minimum of 2 weeks in advance.
a. Private Party: $250, paid prior to the date of event, reservations may be made via email and
scheduled Saturday or Sunday mornings, from 10:30 am to 11:55 am, for a private party – additional
pool members will not be permitted in the pool at this time. Party includes a maximum of 30
persons, swimmers and non-swimmers.
b. General Party: $100 paid prior to the date of event. Reservations may be made via email and
scheduled during regular pool hours. Reservations shall not exclude use of the pool by other
members. Party includes a maximum of 10 persons, swimmers and non-swimmers.
c. All party swimmers will be required to take a swim test.
VI. ENFORCEMENT
The lifeguard or person in charge is required and directed to eject any person from the pool area whose
actions or conduct endanger the safety of others or who violate any of the swimming pool rules.
Children who disobey the rules may be sent home for the day. Continuous infractions may be punished by
several days suspension to be levied by the Board of Directors.
Disagreements will be referred to the Board of Directors, but the lifeguard on duty
must be obeyed.
